Fun, interesting music lessons to introduce this universal language to our children. Develop their interest and appreciation in music. Explore their hidden talents and foster these abilities to their fullest potential. Lessons include singing, percussion ensemble, flute, and dancing.
This is a "Center Based" adult day program offered to East Bay Regional Center clients who are over 18 years old. Classes include cooking, food preparation, and life skills training; social and behavioral skills development; singing, dance, and music appreciation; yoga, sports & exercise; reading, math, arts & crafts; job training, etc. Volunteer and supported employment opportunities are also provided to the clients.
The children will learn to pass the ball to each other, shoot, dribble, teamwork and even play against one another while working with each other. Each child should wear comfortable clothing, nothing too fancy. Volunteers Needed, Please contact Dion.

To "Promote Self-esteem, Independence, Healthy life style & Explore hidden talent". This program has a 1:3 Teacher:Student Ratio and it includes Music,Little Chef Cooking, Martial Arts, Art and Craft, Social Skills, Exercise, etc. Bus Drop offs accepted.
Through a Club setting, our youth and young adults develop permanent friendship. Activities also include sharing, plays and games which help strengthen their abilities to follow directions, and be respectful of one another.

This is an all-volunteer program that teaches soccer to special need children and youth in an inclusive environment. It is dedicated to empowering children of all abilities to reach their full athletic and social potential. We respect every child's ability to be successful and included. Through group plays and games, children learn to interact with one another in a healthy and friendly manner. Children learn to take turn and share, follow directions, and to be respectful.
This program is designed to assist special needs adults to live as independently as possible with the necessary staff support. Clients share apartments as roommates; plan their meals and activities together; go shopping, dining, partying and enjoy other fun events together.
Help children / youths cultivate a habit of exercising, stretching and meditation so that they acquire skills to ease their anxiety levels and practice self-control.
