FCSN Adult Day Programs provide opportunities for the developmentally delayed adults of all ethnic groups to learn job skills, achieve personal, educational and professional goals, improve independence,  increase functional communication skills,promote social/leisure skills and enhance on healthy lifestyles and physical fitness. Full inclusion and active participation in the community are the underlying goals of the FCSN Adult Day Programs.

The FCSN Adult Day Programs operate 5.5 hours per day (9:00 am to 2:30 pm), five days per week, year-round (except DDS uniform holidays).We serve adult consumers of Regional Centers with 1:3 or 1:4 staff to consumer ratio.FCSN does NOT serve consumers with moderate to severe aggressive behaviors toward self or others; complicated or critical medical issues; needs for administration of medications or change of colostomy bags; needs of lifting for self-care needs; or needs to perform invasive medical procedures such as suctioning or tube feeding.

FCSN has three Adult Day Programs:

1.    East Bay Adult Day Program (EBADP): Vendor # HB0564, Service Code: 510

EBADP is a center-based program with 1:3 staff to consumer ratio, located at 2300 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536

2.    Community Integrated Day Program (CIDP): Vendor # HB0749, Service Code: 510

CIDP is a community-based program in Fremont area with 1:4 staff to consumer ratio. CIDP assists some consumers to take classes at Ohlone College.

3.    South Bay Adult Day Program (EBADP): Vendor # HS0798 , Service Code: 510

SBADP is a community-based program in San Jose with 1:4 staff to consumer ratio. SBADP assists some consumers to take classes at San Jose City College.

Culture and Languages

We serve all ethnic groups. Our dedicated staffs not only speak English, but also Mandarin, Taiwanese, Cantonese, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese,  Japanese, Bahasa Melayu,  French, and American Sign language.
